Founder and president of CrossMarc, leading a CRE investment, advisory, and brokerage platform that has completed $70M+ in acquisitions, oversees $100M+ in active development, and represents roughly 40 corporate tenant-rep clients. Across his career, John has completed $1B+ in retail investment sales and built and managed 300+ shopping centers nationwide. A national speaker and writer featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and The New York Times, and named one of Florida Trend's Top 500 Most Influential Business Leaders. BS in Real Estate, Florida State University; FSU College of Business Hall of Fame.
Craig Frankel
15+ years of CRE investment, asset management, and operations leadership. Most recently Senior Managing Director at ScanlanKemperBard (SKB), leading investor relations across a $1.5B portfolio; previously SVP at Oak Pass Capital Management, growing holdings to $400M in direct assets and $1.7B in GP-controlled real estate; began his career at Square Mile Capital structuring complex debt and equity. Joshua Harris, Ph.D, CRE
A real estate economist and investment strategist specializing in development, capital markets, and finance. Academic Director of the Fordham Real Estate Institute and Managing Partner of the Lakemont Group; previously VP of Investment Strategy at Skanska USA Commercial Development. Ph.D in Finance, University of Central Florida; CAIA charterholder, CCIM, and Counselor of Real Estate (CRE).
Christie Alexander
Focuses on investment property acquisitions and due diligence, with 30+ years of commercial real estate across office, retail, land, investment, and industrial. Juan Pulido
Supports acquisitions, development, and advisory across the platform through financial modeling, due diligence, performance reporting, and development budget and timeline oversight, collaborating with brokers, leasing teams, and project managers to source and execute deals. Previously a Transactions Analyst at Harrison Street, analyzing opportunities across student housing, senior housing, medical office, self-storage, and data centers.
